Refund & Cancellation Policy

There's no setup fee. Your subscription starts with your first R3,000 monthly payment, which also triggers your setup.

R3,000/month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice — no lock-in, no penalties.

Your system is built once your first monthly payment is received. Because setup work begins immediately, the first month is non-refundable once setup has started.

Your R3,000/month subscription continues for as long as you use the service. You're billed monthly and can cancel whenever you like.

If we haven't started your setup, your first payment is refundable within 7 days of payment. Once setup has begun, monthly fees are non-refundable, as work and resources have already been committed to your project.

Email meridianaisystems@gmail.com with your business name, stating that you wish to cancel your subscription.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid month, and you keep access to the service until then.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing month.
