By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Meridian AI Solutions provides a professional conversion website, an AI Receptionist trained on your business, an AI Booking Agent, automated email confirmations and reminders (sent 1 day and 2 hours before each appointment to prevent no-shows), and a business dashboard — all included in your monthly plan.

Hosting, your domain and all updates and maintenance are included in the monthly fee.

The subscription is R3,000/month, billed in advance, with no setup fee. As a launch offer, your second month is free.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be updated with reasonable notice for future billing cycles.

You agree to provide accurate onboarding information and respond to reasonable requests from our team in a timely manner. Delays in providing content, approvals, or access may extend your project timeline.

We aim to launch your website and AI agents within 3–5 business days after your onboarding questionnaire is completed. This timeline depends on you providing complete information and timely feedback.

Upon full payment, you own the website content you provide to us. We retain ownership of our underlying frameworks, templates, and AI infrastructure. You grant us a licence to use your content to train your AI agents and deliver your service.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, and not to train your AI agents with content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian AI Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 3 months.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
